Our Story

MVP Human Resources was founded by Maria Psarrou.

“With many years of experience in Human Resources Management — including 20 years in luxury hotels as a Group HR Director — I wanted to combine my professional background with my personal need for meaningful work, genuine human connection, and respect for nature.

This is how this consulting initiative was born — rooted in a deep understanding of the people behind the hospitality experience, and built on first-hand knowledge of the industry’s challenges, needs, and delicate balances.
